Start with Change Readiness and/or Change Comptetency ADKAR Templates

Start with the Change Readiness Assessment, when the project is in the start-up stage as this will give you a view if you are ready to consider (more) change. You have two options - Change Readiness Assessment and Change Comptetency ADKAR Assessment.

While both should be used from the beginning of the project, when compared with ADKAR, the Readiness Assessment is more of a one-off exercise and more focused on the organisation while the ADKAR should be continuously present/evaluated and is focused on the end users.
