We stand behind the quality of our toolkits and templates. While most of our products are
non-refundable due to their digital nature, we will issue a full refund in the following scenarios:
1. Templates Do Not Work as Described
If the templates you purchased do not function as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of your request, we will provide a full refund.
2. Missing Templates
If any templates included in your purchase are missing from your download and we cannot provide the same templates as advertised on our website, you will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Download Access Issues
If you are unable to access your download, we will attempt to provide the files through alternative delivery methods (such as direct email or cloud storage links). If none of these solutions work, we will refund your full purchase amount.
