Follow the below steps to start using Annual Leave Planner

  • This template has a year and legends mentioned in the first rows.
  • Mention the Name of employee’s in the first column.
  • Specify the total no. of leaves allocated for each employee’s and leave balance is auto calculated as per the record update in this calendar.
  • Timeline calendar is auto populated which have the weeks for the year listed.
  • Assign the No. of leaves taken by the employee’s in the timeline calendar which provide a view of the whole year for the leaves planned by the employee’s
