How to use the Multiple Project Timeline Power Point Template

Timeline:

• Change the timeline as per your needs, default the timeline is monthly but you can change it to weekly and quarterly.

Projects and Phases:

• Each projected is separated by a line and can have multiple tasks.
• Use the different colors for different projects so that it is easy to visualize the timeline.

Project Health:

• Project health is chart and can be changed to each project.
• To mark the status red, amber or green enter 1 in the respective columns.
• To edit the data in the graph right-clicking and selecting Edit Data.
